Stop spending money on gear. Lenses don't matter.

Know your equipment. Lenses and camera. Read manual 
Know basics. Read books. You working with light. And people.
Stay healthy. 15K steps. Work out. It does affect. I am learning of course. If your back hurts that's it.
Deliver more than expected. The bigger album, faster delivery, more than expected. Gift. Something.
Post what you want to create in the future.
Marketing is incredibly important. Do not miss anything. If you can't do it, be honest and hire someone to do it.
